A Tele Atlas Premium Points of Interest (POIs), featuring millions of validated and
accurately positioned POIs in the USA and Canada, was licensed from Tele Atlas and is now available for licensing to any developer using the MapPro71, Rel.2 SDK. The data set includes the most popular food, gas, lodging, shopping, and retail establishments, as well as many other categories as listed below.

Visibility zoom scales, associated icons, and other attributes of the POis can be managed through a new interface in the MapPro71 SDK, while POI names are automatically integrated in the Search for a City/Place dialogs of the OCX.

Note: The POI dataset cannot be licensed by itself, it can only be licensed by developers with a license for the MapPro71 Rel. 2 SDK.
