I am going to purchase PMSAT9.
When the website said $39.00 if upgrading
from a previous version, does that mean all the way
back from V 6?

Hello
I have been using PMSAT6 since it came out.
I am going to purchase PMSAT9.
When the website said $39.00 if upgrading
from a previous version, does that mean all the way
back from V 6?
