Campgrounds in Mexico

Does anyone have a list of campgrounds in Mexico? I know RTN2012 doesn't have them, but there has to be a list somewhere, right?

I was hoping more like a POI file, or something, but the on-line list will do as well. I am just surprised that there isn't a lot more info about such places in Mexico. I guess it could be than not many Americans are interested in travelling down there.

Anyway, thanks and I'll keep looking. If I find anything better, I will post it here.
