Q. The computer running PMSAT90 is not connected to the internet.
How can I register the software?
There is no need for the computer to be
connected to the internet. The important piece of information
is the Product Code that is displayed when you select one of the
registration options (On the Internet or by Phone).
If the computer running the software is NOT
connected to the internet, then run the program jot down the Product
code, and either
- Use any computer with access to
the internet to go to the web site,
www.registermyapp.com
- Fill out the information and
when the process gives you a Serial Registration #, enter it in the
registration dialog on the computer that is running the program.,
or,
- Call 978-794-9377 and ask one of
the Undertow support techs to generate a Serial Registration # for
you, providing the Product Code and enter it in the registration dialog on the
computer that is running the program.,

Q. All of a sudden I can't see the roads on the
map
The most likely case is that you somehow
set the data paths pointing to the wrong folders on your system.
If that's the case, then run the program, select File, select
Map Settings, select Data Paths (on the Left side) and
then click the Reset Data Paths button. Click OK to
close the dialog and confirm that you can see roads information on
the map again.

Yes, .CAD files .CMX files and .OVR can
be loaded in version 9. Note that once loaded and
modified, they are only compatible with version that use .CAD format
